Providence Practice Manager III - Spokane Cardiology in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Cardiology Practice Manager III ( PSHI Administration , Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence Medical Group in Spokane, Washington. In this position you will:
Provides direction for standardization of provider practice operations, processes and outcomes across Spokane Cardiology provider clinics utilizing a matrix relationship, when applicable.
Spokane Cardiology is a large cardiology practice composed on 37 providers, multiple practice location, extensive outreach services, integration with diagnostic testing services and in excess of 100 support caregivers.
Organizes provider clinic services at multiple practice locations.
Will have Practice Manager(s) and Supervisors report to them and serve as a mentor for new practice managers, supervisors, and leads.
Ensures that provider practice operations are effective, efficient and achieve operational and clinical objectives.
Responsible for using sound judgment and must have the ability to recognize issues, or a pattern of issues, as they relate to a complex, diverse system of physician clinics .
Able to accomplish provider practice operational and clinical goals through managers, supervisors and/or leads.
Ensures effective and efficient patient care management that promotes high patient satisfaction. Provides input into the development and implementation of new clinic programs to increase and maintain patient volume and satisfaction.
Works effectively/cooperatively with Practice Administrator and Lead Physician for the effective operations of the assigned areas and practice integration.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or Bachelors of Science Degree
8 years of practice management experience required with Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
Knowledge of ambulatory care, basic clinic procedures, schedule management, registration, and use of electronic medical record, patient flow, Lean, billing, referrals and authorizations
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree Business Administration or Bachelors of Science Degree
