Swedish Medical Center Clinic Operations Coordinator - Access Services First Hill in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Clinic Operations Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Access Services First Hill in Seattle, WA.
The Clinic Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the clinic; coordinate clinic functions and special projects on a day to day basis as required.
In this position you will:
Coordinate and support bookkeeping operations, managed care operations, and PSR coverage as required.
Ensure that clinic reports are completed and processed in a timely manner as required.
Effectively respond to all patient feedback and customer service issues, maintain written log and participate in related problem solving.
Ensure patient appointments are efficiently scheduled.
Resolve staffing coverage issues on a daily basis.
Required qualifications for this position include:
H.S. Diploma or GED
2 years experience in progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.
Prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree
