We are looking for an Ultrasound Technologist - National Union of Health Workers with the Ultrasound Sotoyome Department at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Work Schedule: Part time - 40 Biweekly hours
Shift: 8 Hour - Variable (Days)
The Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) performs diagnostic sonographic procedures as ordered by a staff physician or LIP with minimal supervision from the Manager of Imaging Services.
Excellent knowledge of the human anatomy
Good skills in communication and patient rapport
Teamwork and flexibility skills.
Education : Graduate of accredited school of Medical Sonography or accredited health care service program.
Experience : Two years recent experience as a Medical Sonographer preferred in an acute care setting, including proficiency in all standard studies (abdominal, vascular,
OB/GYN, and small parts).
RDMS or eligible
CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
