St. Joseph Health / Covenant Health Program Manager - Clinical Analytics and Business Intelligence in Santa Rosa, California
We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager for our Clinical Analytics & Business Intelligence (CABI) team.
The Program Manager is responsible for managing and facilitating the creation of analytical tools and programs through strategic planning and effective coordination of initiatives focused on value, quality, safety, and clinical effectiveness across Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH), Northern California Region. The position will manage regional-level projects by providing consultation, subject matter expertise, strategic design, validation, analysis, training, and leadership. Further, they will work closely with both technical teams and clinical/administrative clients to ensure successful development, implementation, optimization (i.e. UI and UX) and maintenance phases of the program.
These responsibilities span the PSJH Northern California facilities and sites. The successful candidate must perform all duties in a manner that promotes project team success, advances the goals and mission of the Department, Division and System, and reflects the Providence St. Joseph Health mission, philosophy, and core values of respect, compassion, justice, excellence and stewardship.
The equivalent of BA/BS degree in health care, a clinical discipline, public health, business, or related field required. Clinical Discipline includes, Nursing, Infection Prevention, Respiratory, Pharmacy, Quality or Foreign Medical Graduate.
5 years of responsibility in managing programs, and providing support to senior and executive leadership.3 years of responsibility setting direction for projects and developing project plans that identify key issues, potential problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required.
Experience in healthcare, partnering with staff at all levels working with Electronic Health Records, clinical data bases, quality, outcome and cost data.
Preferred Position Qualifications:
The equivalent of MA/MS degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, business administration, healthcare or a related clinical or analytic discipline.
Project management, LEAN, CAP and other change management certifications.
