Kadlec has an exciting opportunity for a Surgery Scheduler to join our growing Kadlec Inland Cardiology team (1.0FTE, Day)located in Richland, Washington!

GED or High School Diploma from an accredited educational institution required.
2 years Clerical and medical work experience
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a Scheduler you will schedule follow-up visits, diagnostic testing and procedures, hospital procedures and hospital admission/emergency room treatment.

Understand, embrace, and instill the Kadlec Clinic Guiding Principles
Schedule patient appointments by telephone. Type initial (unverified) patient demographics into the computer system
Schedule same day visits for patients by coordinating insurance verification/eligibility with the appropriate reimbursement specialist and obtaining medical record chart and required documentation, e.g., fee ticket
Completes TAVR checklist
Schedules multiple appointments including tests, procedures, and all follow ups
Arranges rides and assist with hotel costs including coordinating with social worker
Updates all spreadsheets
Handles all incoming referrals
All other duties assigned
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams
Answers all incoming calls
