Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Contract Analyst to our location in Renton, WA.

We are seeking a Contract Analyst who will help build, implement, and lead the future of Supplier Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (SDEI) and supplier management. As a Program Analyst, you will assist in developing the reporting and compliance management of a system-wide initiative. This role will create necessary reports and resources to collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization, to engage and adopt SDEI initiatives and supplier management responsibilities. The preferred candidate will support work to ensure that we develop and manage an industry leading supplier inclusion program, that truly impacts the Drive increased engagement amongst sourcing and cross functional business owners with diverse suppliers through the understanding of the sourcing landscape within each category. Review and execute diverse supplier profile changes and modifications, including but not limited to diversity eligibility, certification information and capabilities across supplier portfolio.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Report development from internal and external data sources to support SDEI and key performance indicators across supplier portfolio. Prepare monthly activity reports to include:

  • Tier I SDEI classification, count, spend and % against total spend.

  • Tier II SDEI classification, count, spend and % against total spend.

  • SDEI Community Impact spend (CA OSHPD/HAN requirement).

  • Other supplier management reports as required.

  • Gather, organize and assimilate information to identify new sourcing/contract opportunities for diverse supplier inclusion and supplier management. Process and understand multiple, complex streams of information and be able to translate it in simple, clear and concise terms. Synthesize large data sets into clear metrics and dashboards/reports to drive decision making.

  • Handle PRIME suppliers day-to-day execution of Tier II data collection, timelines and result development. Validate, audit and maintain accuracy of diverse business certifications and data integrity.

  • Coordinate PSJH Supplier Diversity, Equity & Inclusion quarterly business reviews with cross functional stakeholders to review strategic initiatives, performance metrics and policy compliance across supplier portfolio. Support the teams in resolution of diverse supplier related queries and other supplier management responsibilities.

  • Produce SDEI and supplier management annual compliance reports for:

  • PSJH Annual report to our Community-Community Initiatives

  • CA Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development (OSHPD)

  • Healthcare Anchor Network

  • Other as required (federal grants, HR, Compliance)

  • Support Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) analytical reporting requirements as needed.

  • Perform miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.

  • Diverse communities we serve while meeting state requirements.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or Finance or equivalent education/experience.

  • 2 years experience working in contract management, supply chain, data analyst.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Lean Six Sigma Certified.

  • Certification in Project Management

  • 1 year experience leading complex projects including cross functional team management.
