Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Associate Program Manager Talent Acquisition to our location in Renton, WA. This is a fully benefitted limited term duration position scheduled to run through January of 2022.

We are seeking an Associate Program Manager in Talent Acquisition to be responsible for managing, sustaining and/or improving administration of current recruiting and preboarding solutions, programs, projects, technology, data and operations for PSJH. In this role, the Associate Program Manager manages TA team specific work, regional or enterprise-wide programs which may include maintaining and continuously improving recruitment and preboarding processes and infrastructure, managing employee referral administration, engaging with vendors for established programs, and assisting other PMs with programmatic and administrative support. The ideal Associate Program Manager candidate will be well-versed in recruiting and preboarding practices (ideally specific to PSJH), while also being self-directed, open and helpful in assisting teammates. They will be skilled in excel, data review and analysis, processing mapping, creating and editing PowerPoint presentations and working quickly and accurately as needs arise. Qualities of an outstanding candidate include being detail-oriented, willing to jump in where needed, quick problem solving and critical thinking skills and a desire to contribute their skills and learn from their peers.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to manage, sustain and improve recruitment solutions to address current and future hiring needs of Providence Health & Services and all affiliates.

  • Management of team specific, regional and system-wide solutions, operations and projects in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders.

  • Responsible for managing and tracking spend and invoices within allocated budget.

  • Assist in identification, contracting, relationship management and coordination of deliverables with an external vendor used to support solutions objectives as needed.

  • Develops social media, marketing, creative, training, process or project documents, technology requirements, presentations, reports, data and other materials leveraging strong computer skills.

  • Conducts training and presents to teams and leaders.

  • Work collaboratively with TA Leaders, project members and subject experts to identify improvements, and technology solutions relative to the primary solutions, program(s) supported.

  • Develops project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, costs, budget, issues, risks, and communications for improved solutions in accordance with program goals and needs of the business.

  • Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relations in dealing with others, including employees, managers, medical staff, volunteers, vendors and community members, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized.

  • Actively supports and incorporates the mission and core values into daily activities. Treats all others with respect and demonstrates excellence, justice and compassion in daily work and relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.

  • 2 years closely related experience.

  • Experience successfully maintaining, managing, and continuously improving programs, processes, projects, or operational and administrative solutions in HR, recruiting, marketing, sales, technology, data, operations or administrative experience.

  • Experience working across departments with team leaders, vendors, project teams and SMEs to achieve alignment, the goals of the work and operational excellence of the solution, program, process or project.

  • Experience creating and implementing small project plans, communications, social media or creative documents, training, process or project documents, presentations, reports, technology requirements and other materials.
