Providence Health & Services Marketing Operations Program Manager in Portland, Oregon

Description:

Providence St. Joseph Health is calling a Marketing Operations Program Manager to our location in Portland, OR.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager who will be responsible for creating and maintaining program or campaign project plans that encompass the entire implementation life cycle across all lines of business for member materials, with an emphasis on Medicare Advantage. This position is responsible for creating IT tickets for the relevant materials, orchestrating testing, managing implementation of programmed materials (i.e.ID cards, on demand fulfillment), identifying test scenarios and managing program set ups with vendor partner, and ongoing program maintenance (internally and with the vendor). Performs all duties with a minimum of direct supervision and in a manner which promotes a team spirit and reflects our Mission and values.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain program project plans related to regulatory required member materials.

  • Oversee testing prior to implementation with internal IS agile teams and with contracted vendors.

  • Own and maintain detailed end to end process documentation as related to programs.

  • Inclusive of needs and tasks of cross functional stakeholders (IS, Compliance, Membership Accounting, Product & Benefit Management.

  • Lead cross functional work groups, inclusive of managing meeting series and stand-ups when necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of work.

Manages the creation of, and prepares correspondence, memos, schedules, reports, special projects, agendas, minutes, contracts, presentations, overheads, and flowcharts with little or no guidance. This may involve obtaining, organizing and planning suitable presentation of content. Routes, answers or prepares responses to inquiries with little or no guidance.

Recommends process improvements related to regulatory required member materials programs, and leads implementation of improvements when approved.

Establishes and promotes positive working relationships within the department and throughout PHP.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • 5 years work experience as an administrative or technology assistant.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
