Providence St. Joseph Health is calling an Account Specialist to our Irvine, CA location.
We are seeking a Account Specialist to be responsible for representing St. Joseph Hoag Health and its local ministries among the different constituents within the community. Overarching goals of the position is to build relationships and service among constituents and promote SJHH to retain existing business and drive new patient growth.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Field sales position direct to community employers in the North Orange market.
Responsible for generating B2B and B2C leads with the highest potential to grow including cold calls
Professional with ability to connect and build relationships with employer wellness coordinators to Chief Human Resources officer; ability to promote our services to work site employees as well
Organized to manage multiple tasks, including wellness event planning and execution, coordinating multiple stakeholders’ schedules, materials management and lead management
Goal oriented and self-directed to understand effectiveness in role and can easily pivot to fill gaps to get to goals
Creative thinker in order to build programming with employer in order to meet goals
Strategic listener and communicator in order to serve as subject matter expert to internal leaders and physicians SME of employer relations strategy and market updates AND market and rest of employer relations team with an deep understanding of value prop and priorities
Collaborate with supervisor and supporting team members (marketing, sales operations, etc) to provide insight of work flow and day-to-day operations to review and build best practices
Strengthen PSJH’s competitive position in the market
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree - in business administration or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years' experience in account management, sales, including event planning, execution and reporting.
Valid California Driver’s License
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Sales and/or account management experience for health care company.
Bilingual - Spanish.
