Providence Health & Services LPN - 3A Medical Unit *FTE 0.9, Night Shift* in Everett, Washington
Providence is calling a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (0.9 FTE, Night Shift) to work for the Dementia/Alzheimer/Placement Unit at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA.
In this position you will:
Demonstrates application of knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the physical, motor/sensory, cognitive, psychosocial, patient and family education areas based on PEMC age specific care competency assessment tool
Participates in the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary plan for patient care
Implements nursing care based on the plan of care, as directed.
Nursing care is safe, competent and based on the plan of care and is performed under the supervision of a RN.
Follows medical staff orders, assesses effectiveness of treatments and documents patient progress appropriately.
Uses critical thinking skills to delegate appropriate tasks to other care providers
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of LPN/LVN program
Current Washington State LPN License
Recent patient care experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Long Term Care experience
