Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Clinic Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in the Edmonds Primary Care at Swedish Medical Group in Edmonds, Washington.

The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for providing supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for clinic functions and special projects on a day to day basis as required.
In this position you will:
Supervise functional area and staff, as assigned
Resolve staffing coverage issues on a daily basis
Ensure clinic/practice reports are completed and processed in a timely manner
Ensure that clinic/practice accounts and invoices are accurate; expedite processing of delinquent and/or inaccurate accounts/invoices
Ensure that clinic/practice deposit is processed and recorded on a daily basis
Ensure patient appointments are efficiently scheduled
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training Or equivalent educ/experience
Three (3) years progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- Supervisory experience
