We are looking for a Supervisor Rehabilitation Services with Physical Therapy Department at St. Mary Medical Center.

Location: Apple Valley, CA

Schedule: Full-time 80 Biweekly Hour

Shift: 8 Hour Day Shift

Job Summary:

Supervisor is responsible for the direction of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology throughout St.

Mary Medical Center (Joseph Health St. Mary). Supervisor is responsible for fiscal activities, hiring staff, space and equipment, program

development and quality management of the Rehabilitation department. Is proficient in required competencies and consistently

demonstrates behaviors that model the St. Joseph Health (SJH) core values. This position reports to the Executive Director of EOC and

Rehabilitation

Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills

Position Requirements:

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s degree program in a Rehabilitation field of Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.

  • Master’s Degree in accredited Master’s program in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum five years of acute care hospital therapy work

  • One to three years of supervisory experience.

  • Minimum three years or more working as Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services in an acute Hospital setting.

License/Certification:

  • Licensed to practice in the state of California, appropriate discipline

  • BLS for Healthcare provider
